The Hermitage is a small two story cabin with a nice porch overlooking a cascading mountain creek. It also has a small outdoor 'kitchen' area with a hotplate and small refrigerator. It also has a composting toilet. The lower level is enclosed with double bed. The upper level, which has a double bed, has only three walls, with the fourth side open to the covered deck. It has ladder stair access and a low ceiling. There is also a single bed on the covered porch. Rate: $75 per night (single or double or single & one pet) $25 per night for each additional person. (If ten or more guests stay at the Sanctuary on Friday and Saturday, the rate goes down to $35 per person for all accomodations.)
